This position will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsible for overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support students with behavioral and developmental challenges. This role involves direct supervision, collaboration with school staff, and ensuring the effective delivery of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of up to six RBTs:
- Provide regular and ongoing supervision to RBTs, ensuring they are implementing ABA strategies effectively in various school settings.
- Conduct observations of RBTs during classroom activities and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist RBTs in the accurate collection and analysis of data related to student behavior and progress.
- Development and Monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and other school professionals to develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs for students.
- Review and adjust BIPs as needed based on data and student progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide guidance to RBTs on the correct implementation of BIPs, ensuring consistency and fidelity across different settings.
- Collaboration with School Staff:
- Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and special education teams to integrate ABA strategies within the school environment.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development of behavioral goals and support plans.
- Serve as a resource for school staff, offering training and professional development on ABA principles and practices.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all ABA services provided by RBTs comply with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and school district policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of supervision sessions, student progress, and BIP implementation.
- Stay informed of current best practices and advancements in ABA, particularly within the educational setting.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of [Specify Years] years of experience in ABA, with a strong background in working within school systems and supervising RBTs.

Salary: $40 - $75 per hour depending on experience
