Performs financial and secretarial duties in the school food service office to provide for effective, efficient and confidential management in the assigned area by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform general office duties including copying, word processing, creating databases, management of telephone calls, taking and delivering messages, filing, and other office management activities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Degree in financial discipline preferred; or at least 2 years’ related experience and/or training (ie. banking, bookkeeping, tax preparation, accounts receivable); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
260 days per year, 8-hours per day, Clerical III salary schedule.
